Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a frontrunner in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a Relationship Manager to enhance
client satisfaction and optimize revenue opportunities within our
financial services sector. In this role, you will act as the
primary point of contact for our high-value clients, ensuring their
requirements are met meticulously and aligning our innovative
solutions with their business goals. You will leverage your
knowledge of financial products, market acumen, and
customer-centric approach to foster long-lasting relationships and
drive business growth. Establish and nurture long-term
relationships with key clients to ensure retention and
satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities with existing
clients by understanding their business needs and proposing
tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate
client communications and issue resolution. Prepare regular reports
on account status and transaction successes to upper management.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to
recommend improvements and enhancements in our service offerings.
Strong understanding of financial products and services Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage
multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
Negotiation and persuasion skills Proficiency in CRM software and
MS Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Relationship Management Specialist (CRMS)
Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) or similar
