Job Description:
Role: Accounts Payable Location: SE Tulsa (in office) Pay: $25
We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to cover
for a leave of absence. What You’ll Do: Process invoices accurately
and in a timely manner Manage vendor relationships and ensure
payments are made on schedule Match POs to invoices and resolve
discrepancies Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies
Communicate effectively across departments to streamline AP
processes Handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
What We’re Looking For: Experience in Accounts Payable, invoice
processing, and vendor management Strong knowledge of PO matching
and reconciliation Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to
