HOURS Full Time M-F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm POSITION SUMMARY The Treasury Services Product/Project Manager is accountable for managing various Treasury related products, maintaining vendor relationships, working directly with Treasury clients to implement complex services, and successfully completing special projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, employees, and 3rd party vendors. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of service. Complete projects on time and in budget. Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently Develop strategic roadmaps for specific Treasury products Work with Treasury leadership team to create strategic plans. Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, privacy, and security standards. Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years of product and/or project management experience Minimum of 2 years of Treasury Service related experience High degree of critical thinking skills Strong understanding of core banking functions, payables and receivables Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Passion for innovation, user experience, and teamwork PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion Hometown service, statewide strength.
