Job Description:

APMEX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager will be responsible for everything from managing team communications, identifying problems, performing & presenting project analysis, designing informed solutions, and executing against the vision of the company. The right candidate will be able to coordinate, and manage multi-disciplinary initiatives from start to finish, while collaborating with various stakeholders.A Day in the Life of a Project Manager:Manage multiple simultaneous projects, keeping projects on-budget and on-schedule and actively communicating timelines to stakeholders, collaborators & leadership.Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementing plans, including risk mitigation.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.Report project outcomes and/or risk to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.Experience:3-5 years of project management and related experienceFamiliarity with project management software tools (Familiarity with ClickUp preferred, but any PM software experience is helpful)Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleProven success working with all levels of managementExcellent analytical skillsExperience with Post Merger Integration projects a plusExperience managing multiple simultaneous production projects; ability to keep projects on-budget and on-schedule and communicate timelines to clients and collaboratorsExcellent attention to detailEducation:Bachelor's degree in project management or related technical field preferred but not requiredCertificates & Licenses:Project Management Certification from an accredited institution a plus i.e. CAPM, PMP, CSMAPMEX is a multibillion-dollar ecommerce company that is the leader in Precious Metals.
